How cancellation works
Subscription billing is managed through Stripe's secure customer portal. You can cancel before the next renewal date, update payment details, and view billing history without sending a manual request.
Manage your subscription
Log in with the same email used at checkout, then open the billing portal. Stripe handles the cancellation, and this app updates subscription status from Stripe webhook events.
If you cannot access the portal
- Confirm you are logged in with the checkout email.
- Check that the account has completed a Stripe subscription purchase.
- Use the support contact shown on your receipt if the billing portal cannot open.
What happens next
Once cancellation is confirmed in Stripe, future monthly billing stops. The account keeps access to any credits already granted for the current paid period.
